Baillot-Savarin.<\/li>\n<li>Approche sociologique de la biffe : Hugues Bazin, sociologue, chercheur au LISRA, cofondateur de Rues Marchandes.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9sentation de l&rsquo;association AMELIOR : Samuel Lecoeur, Pr\u00e9sident co-fondateur de l&rsquo;association AMELIOR<\/li>\n<li>La biffe un revenu n\u00e9cessaire : Samira Samiha, administratrice de l&rsquo;association
