n\u00e9e de la mobilisation des habitants d&rsquo;un quartier populaire de Limay (78) \u00e0 travers un groupe \u00ab\u00a0Paroles Parents\u00a0\u00bb et la mise en place d&rsquo;un centre social municipal.
