(Laboratoire d&rsquo;Innovation Sociale par la Recherche-Action), cette proposition est n\u00e9e de la mobilisation des habitants d\u2019un quartier populaire de Limay (78) \u00e0 travers un groupe \u00ab Paroles Parents \u00bb et la mise en place d\u2019un centre social municipal.
